Adaku started working in Technology Law as an Associate at Cooley, LLP in 2015, in the firm's Technology Transactions and Data Privacy practice group. Prior to Adaku's tenure at Cooley, she garnered extensive experience in Biotech/Pharma IP Transactions in the government and non-profit space.

In 2020, she launched her solo legal practice that focuses on Technology Law and Commercial Transactions,  as well as other areas such as data privacy, digital health, and biotech/pharma. Since starting her practice, she has continued to provide great legal and consulting services to various companies, including a Fortune 100 company, publicly traded companies, a startup unicorn and other innovative startups, in various industries, including retail, social media, biotech/pharma, fintech, technology and digital health.
